Project Overview:

Two portions of the second floor of the Binghamton Federal Building were in need of renovations to better suit the needs of the U.S. District Court. In the 1,487 SF northwest section of the renovation, Judge’s Chambers, office space, break and conference rooms, and secure greeting spaces were created to accommodate the clerk of the court’s office. In the 1,699 SF southwest renovated section, we provided a new probation office, employee break, conference, waiting, and testing lab spaces for the probation office housed there.

As requested, adjacent corridors were converted from public circulation to secure for the use of the courts. Multiple phased construction periods were scheduled to ensure work could continue in the occupied space.
